At Rapha Church, our doors are wide open to people from all backgrounds, regardless of where they are on their spiritual journey. Our goal is to infuse life and God’s love into people and families through engaging, powerful worship services that offer biblical truth in relevant and practical ways. A “no hassle” guarantee - we’re always here to serve you in any way we can, but we promise that you won’t be singled out or pressured. | Our Purpose | |||||||||||||||||||
| Every church needs to have a purpose statement that answers the question, “why do we exist?” At Rapha church, we filter every idea, program, and budget request through our purpose statement. If what we plan doesn’t help us meet our purpose, then we don’t do it. Our purpose at Rapha Church is summarized in a single statement: “To reach people in the Hyderabad area with the life-giving message of Jesus that they might become fully devoted followers of Christ.” Our statement of purpose is based on two teachings of Jesus: Jesus replied: “ ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart…soul and…mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.” (Matthew 22:36-40) He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation. Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned. And these signs will accompany those who believe…” Then the disciples went out and preached everywhere, and the Lord worked with them and confirmed his word by the signs that accompanied it. (Mark 16:15-20) Rapha Church exists: To worship God with sincere expression. To share the Good News of Jesus with others. To connect with other believers in meaningful relationships. To prepare disciples to fulfill their purpose. To encourage leaders in their God-given destiny. | Membership at Rapha Church is not about adding your name to a roster; it’s about connecting with the people and the vision of the church. Experience the Difference: We invite you to come to Rapha Church several times to see and experience the difference our church can make in your life. If Rapha Church seems like the church for you, we encourage you to attend our Church G2 every friday at church 7.00pm In this 2-hour class, Pastor Johnson Mett covers our statements (purpose and beliefs) our strategy (reaching the lost and helping members grow) our structure (how the church is organized and the unique way we view church membership.) The class ends with an opportunity to make your connection to and membership in the church official. What’s next? After G2, you’ll want to get started on the Rapha church growth, a series of classes and events designed to empower each believer to follow God’s unique purpose for his or her life. We encourage you to: 1. Attend a weekend service and Friday fasting prayer & G2 leaders meeting. 2. Commit to a small group where you can build relationships. 3. Attending our Discovery Seminar to learn how God can use the unique combination of your personality and giftings to bring purpose to your life. | Praise and Worship | |||||||||||||||||||
 We invite you to join us each week as we worship together. Our services begin with upbeat, contemporary praise and worship music. We encourage everyone to participate. Don’t worry…we didn’t know the songs at first either. You’ll notice that we devote a lot of time to worship. Worship isn’t just a filler before the sermon - it’s the reason we come together! It’s a powerful and personal way to connect our hearts with God. You’ll also notice a lot of variety in how people participate in the worship time: some sit, others stand, some raise their hands. How you respond to God in worship is up to you; all we ask is that you go after God with all your heart, giving Him your very best. |

| Take a journey to the heart of God during Family Break Through Service on Wednesday. Join Pastor Johnson Mett on the every wednesday for an intimate time with God that combines the passion of prayer, in breaking the curses of the family & proclaming the blessing upon the family. Don’t miss this time to refocus your life and find fresh passion in your relationship with God. Service Times: Wednesday 7:00 pm. |

| Kids Dhoom | |||||||||||||||||||
| Kids Dhoom offers a place where children from born baby through 15 years of age can discover and develop a passion for God. Through worship, teaching, and a variety of fun activities like puppet show, craft, games and many more children are exposed to God's Word and challenged to grow in their relationship with God. Our children’s services are fully staffed with adults who are committed to teaching and ministering to children. You can be confident that your child is well-cared for and having a great time learning about God while you worship. Kids Dhoom is offered at 10.00am on Sunday. |
